  9. We had another conference yesterday (5/25/94) at the courthouse with MTV. The
  10. good news is that we seem to be making some headway. I cannot comment on the
  11. negotiations at this time unfortunatlely, but as soon as some of this is public
  12. record, I will.

  14. Regardless of the outcome of ownership of the internet address mtv.com, which
  15. is what the whole dispute boils down to, we *will* be moving to a new site by
  16. June 30. I will update as soon as I can regarding the new sitename.

  18. Some other interesting news, MTV is striking a deal with America OnLine to do
  19. lollapalooza concert info and an usigned bands contest this summer...sound
  20. familar?

  22. New court dates are being set, I'll keep the updates coming ofcourse.
